  • 1 Tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain.
  2. Rinse with cold water, drain again, and set aside.
  3. Combine cream of chicken soup and chicken broth; stir until smooth and set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, low-fat cottage cheese, low-fat sour cream, and no-fat mayonnaise with an electric mixer at medium speed for 1 minute or until smooth.
  5. Stir in chopped onion, chopped green pepper, chopped black olives, and chopped parsley.

  9. Add half of the chopped cooked chicken.
  10. Pour half of the soup mixture over the layers.
  11. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  12. Combine breadcrumbs and melted butter, then sprinkle over the top.
  13. Bake at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
