Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. pumpkin
  • 1/2 c. hot milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 9-inch unbaked pie crust (deep dish)
  • 1/2 c. white syrup
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. cloves
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients; pour into unbaked pie crust.
  2. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes, then lower to 350° until done.
