- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Sift flour, baking soda, and cinnamon together.
- Add to creamed mixture and mix well.
- Spread half of batter in a greased 10-inch tube pan lined with wax paper.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon together.
- Add chopped nuts and mix well.
- Sprinkle half of this nut mixture evenly over the batter in the pan.
- Spread remaining batter over the nut mixture.
- Sprinkle remaining sugar and cinnamon mixture on top.
- Bake at 350°F for about 50 minutes or until done.
