Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 large bunch green onions
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 6 oz. ripe olives
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Layer refried beans on a round platter.
  2. Spread the avocado mixture (avocados sliced, lemon juice, salt, pepper) over the beans.
  3. Spread the sour cream mixture (sour cream, mayonnaise, taco seasoning) over the avocado layer.
  4. Top with chopped green onions, diced tomatoes, sliced olives, and shredded Cheddar cheese.
