Mexican Bean Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can Spanish rice
  • 1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • garlic, salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Simmer all ingredients about 30 minutes.
  2. Put crushed Fritos on top and top with grated cheese.
  3. Bake until cheese melts.
