Ingredients

  • 3 lb. cooked and boned chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (1 1/2 pt.)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of chili powder
  • 7 oz. bag Doritos
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix cooked and boned chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, chili pepper, Ro-Tel tomatoes, salt, and chili powder in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a large baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or microwave for 10 to 15 minutes until hot.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese and crushed Doritos on top before serving.
