Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 c. flour
  • 8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
  • 2 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Blend butter and flour until well combined.
  2. Add grated sharp cheese and seasonings (cayenne pepper and salt), then mix in Rice Krispies.
  3. With hands, press the mixture into small circles.
  4. Place the cookies on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
