Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 2 cans chili with beans
  • 2 small cans green chilies, chopped
  • 2 packages Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Soften the cream cheese.
  3. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly in a 9 x 14-inch baking dish to cover the bottom.
  4. Layer the chili with beans over the cream cheese.
  5. Sprinkle chopped green chilies on top of the chili layer.
  6. Spread a generous layer of shredded Monterey Jack cheese over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
