Ingredients

  • 1 Holly Farms whole chicken
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. taco flavored chips
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. black olives
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Stew the whole chicken until thoroughly cooked, then allow to cool slightly. Remove meat from bones and cut into chunks.
  2. Mix the cooked chicken with all other ingredients except cheese and pour into a 3-quart casserole.
  3. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over the top.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  5. Serve with crisp green salad and Texas toast.
