Mexican Tarts are savory, handheld snacks featuring beans, cheese, olives, and green onions, topped with sour cream. Perfect for parties, snacks, or casual gatherings.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place 1/2 teaspoon of refried beans on each slice of bread.
- Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, chopped black olives, and sliced green onions.
- Add a dab of sour cream on top of each assembled tart.
- Place a slice of bread on top of each tart.
- Pinch the edges to seal the tart.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with salsa for dipping.
