Ingredients

  • 8 1/4 oz. can refried beans
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 to 4 pickled chilies (jalapenos), seeded and rinsed
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • sliced green onion

Instructions

  1. Blend together the refried beans, sour cream, and finely chopped jalapeno peppers.
  2. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Garnish with shredded Cheddar cheese and sliced green onion.
  4. Serve with nacho chips.
