Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes with chilies

Instructions

  1. Line a large casserole dish with flour tortillas.
  2. Layer browned ground beef, chopped onions, Ranch Style beans, and grated cheese over the tortillas.
  3. Cover the layered ingredients with another layer of tortillas.
  4. Spread the cream of celery soup evenly over the top layer.
  5. Pour the can of tomatoes with chilies over the soup.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
