- Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
- Pinch each ball to form a nose.
- Decorate each cookie using peanut halves for ears, small pieces of licorice for eyes, and sugar crystals for noses.
- Use a toothpick to poke a hole in the back of each cookie for the tail.
- Transfer cookies to an ungreased baking sheet.
