Instructions

  1. Soak the navy beans overnight.
  2. Drain the soaked beans.
  3. Cover the beans with water and simmer until tender but not overdone.
  4. Drain all excess water from the cooked beans.
  5. Add chopped celery, onions, green peppers, red peppers, garlic or oil, vinegar, sugar, dry mustard, garlic salt, paprika, Accent, and salt to the beans.
  6. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
