Ingredients

  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • dash white pepper
  • 1 Tbsp slaw dressing

Instructions

  1. Slice the hard-cooked eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and mash them in a bowl.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, a dash of white pepper, and 1 tablespoon of slaw dressing to the mashed yolks.
  4. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture and serve.
