Ingredients

  • 12 slices of bacon or 1 can of shrimp, crab, tuna, salmon
  • 1 cup of shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheese or colby cheese
  • 2/3 cup of thinly sliced onion
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • dash of paprika

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a microwave-safe dish.
  3. Cook in the microwave for 12 to 14 minutes until set.
