- In a saucepan over low heat, add lemon juice, water, and butter. Simmer until the butter is melted.
- Season the fish with lemon pepper, red pepper, crab/shrimp seasoning, seafood seasoning, salt and pepper, and thyme.
- Place bay leaves at the bottom of a medium microwave dish.
- Add the seasoned fish on top of the bay leaves and pour the lemon butter sauce over the fish.
- Cover the dish with a microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap.
- Let the fish stand for 5 to 10 minutes, then microwave for 10 to 12 minutes until cooked.
