Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup prepared mincemeat
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 3 tablespoons shortening
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour the batter into a prepared ring cake pan.
  4. Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.
