Mini Ham & Cheese Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 (2 1/2 ounce) package sliced cooked ham, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients; set aside.
  2. Divide crescent roll dough into 24 portions.
  3. Press into greased miniature muffin cups.
  4. Spoon 1 tablespoon ham mixture into each cup.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes or until golden brown.
