Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 small apple, chopped
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rolled oats
  • 2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Dash of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Grease 12 medium muffin cups.
  3. Combine ground turkey, chopped apple, chopped onion, rolled oats, Dijon mustard, crushed rosemary, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared muffin cups.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned and no longer pink in the center.
  6. Serve with cranberry sauce and garnish, if desired.
