  • 3/4 c. chopped mixed candied fruit
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • halved candied cherries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, walnuts, dates, and mixed candied fruit.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine egg yolks and vanilla; stir into the dry ingredients.
