Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 Tbsp. instant onion
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain the ground beef.
  2. Stir in tomato paste, instant onion, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  3. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Place biscuits in a greased muffin tin, pressing to make sure bottom and sides are covered.
  5. Spoon 1/4 cup meat mixture into each biscuit-lined cup and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes.
