Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 2 tall cans crushed pineapple
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. small marshmallows
  • 1 (7 to 8 oz.) pkg. butter mints
  • 1 pt. whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle dry lime Jell-O on crushed pineapple and stir well.
  2. Add small marshmallows to the mixture.
  3. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 6 to 7 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Shave, crush, or blend one package of butter mints.
  5. Whip one pint of whipping cream.
  6. Fold the whipped cream and crushed mints into the Jell-O mixture.
  7. Pour into an oblong pan and freeze.
  8. Serve the frozen salad.
