Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add eggs, water, and vanilla to the creamed mixture.
  4. Combine dry ingredients with the creamed mixture.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  6. Enclose a chocolate/mint wafer in about 2 tablespoons of dough.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
