Ingredients

  • 3 oz. pkg. Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 large can Milnot
  • 3 c. graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over the Jell-O and chill until slightly thickened.
  2. Cream the sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add the prepared Jell-O and lemon juice to the cream mixture and mix well.
  4. Fold in stiffly beaten Milnot (evaporated milk).
  5. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.
  6. Press the graham cracker mixture firmly in the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  7. Chill the cheesecake overnight before serving.
