  • 8 1/2 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 cup self-rising cornmeal
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 heaping teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  2. Stir in self-rising cornmeal, salt, baking powder, and eggs.
  3. Pour batter into a well-greased 9-inch square pan or a 12-cup muffin tin.
