Ingredients

  • 3 med. onions, chopped
  • 3 med. tomatoes, chopped
  • clove, cumin, cinnamon, peppercorn
  • finely shredded coconut
  • cilantro, chopped
  • oil
  • frozen mix vegetable 1/2 bag
  • poppy seeds
  • garlic paste
  • salt
  • small carton of whipping cream
  • red chili powder

Instructions

  1. Heat a saucepan on high heat and add some oil.
  2. Add chopped onions and cook on medium heat until lightly brown and oil separates.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, mixed vegetables, garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin, cinnamon, peppercorn, and poppy seeds; cook until tender and oil appears on top.
  4. Add shredded coconut and chopped cilantro, then mix well.
  5. Pour in whipping cream, stir gently, and simmer for a few minutes before serving.
