Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can green peas
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion

Instructions
