Mixed Vegetable Hot Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken rice soup
  • 1 can mixed vegetables with juice
  • 2 cans chow mein noodles
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 c. mushrooms with juice

Instructions

  1. Brown meat, onions and celery in oil.
  2. Drain off excess fat. Mix with soups, vegetables, noodles, soy sauce and mushrooms.
  3. Bake 1 hour at 350°.
  4. Serves 10.
