Ingredients

  • lump crab meat
  • horseradish
  • bay seasoning
  • egg
  • onion
  • celery
  • thyme
  • mayonnaise
  • parsley
  • milk
  • meal
  • dry mustard
  • worcestershire sauce
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir well.
  4. Let the mixture set until it reaches a jello-like thickness.
  5. Carefully fold in the lump crab meat without breaking up the lumps.
  6. Form the mixture into piles and place them onto a greased baking sheet.
  7. Broil until the crab cakes are golden brown.
