- Trim and cube the bread, then mix with crabmeat.
- Add all other ingredients: wet mustard, chopped onion, egg or egg beater, Worcestershire, mayonnaise, green pepper, hot sauce, parsley, and Old Bay seasoning if desired.
- Mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour or more.
- Shape into patties and brown in a skillet.
- Cook for approximately 20 minutes until done.
