- Put the boiling water in your blender container and drop in the unsweetened baking chocolate. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add the instant coffee crystals, heavy cream, eggs, Splenda, and salt to the blender.
- Blend for a minute or so until well combined.
- Spray a 1-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray or prepare individual custard cups.
- Pour the mixture into the casserole or custard cups.
- Place the casserole or cups in a larger pan filled with hot water.
- Bake in the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
