Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb twisted noodles
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, stems and pieces
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 large can sauerkraut

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles and drain.
  2. Combine onions, margarine, mushrooms, and mushroom soup in a bowl.
  3. Cook sauerkraut in its own juice, then wash and drain well.
  4. Add sauerkraut to the noodle mixture.
  5. Place the mixture in a greased casserole dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
