Ingredients

  • macaroni
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
  • sour cream
  • 1 package Cheddar cheese
  • 1 package Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; rinse and drain.
  3. Mix butter into the cooked macaroni until melted.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg, then add seasoning salt, bread crumbs, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, and milk; mix well.
  5. Combine the egg mixture with the macaroni and butter, stirring until evenly coated.
  6. Pour the mixture into a glass baking dish.
