Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. softened butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake in a 375°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and set.
