Ingredients

  • 2 pie crusts, baked
  • 10 oz. frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 1 pkg. raspberry jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 lb. marshmallows (16 large)
  • 1 cup whipping cream, beaten

Instructions

  1. Drain the raspberries and reserve the syrup.
  2. Add enough water to the reserved syrup to make 1 cup and dissolve the raspberry jello in boiling water.
  3. Add marshmallows to the jello mixture and stir until partly dissolved.
  4. Add the reserved raspberry juice to the mixture.
  5. Chill the mixture until it is partly set.
  6. Beat the mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  7. Fold in the raspberries and whipped cream.
  8. Pour the filling into the baked pie crusts.
  9. Top with additional whipped cream before serving.
