Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lb. cooked beef, sliced very thin
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 packet onion gravy mix
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 medium green peppers, cut in thin strips
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a Dutch oven.
  2. Cover and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes.
  3. Spoon onto hard rolls and serve.
