Ingredients

  • 6 beef cubed steaks
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • Hot, cooked spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Cut beef and green pepper into 1/2-inch wide strips.
  2. Heat wok over high heat; add cooking oil.
  3. Stir-fry the beef, half at a time, until browned.
  4. Remove beef from wok.
  5. In the same wok, add sliced mushrooms and minced garlic; cook until tender.
  6. Return beef to the wok and add spaghetti sauce and dried basil; simmer for a few minutes.
  7. Serve the sauce over hot, cooked spaghetti.
