Instructions
- Boil beans to dry and add sugar to taste.
- Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly except the boiled beans.
- Make small balls of the mixed dough.
- Flatten each ball wide and thin enough to fill each with spoons of sweetened beans.
- Put ends of dough towards the center to close and place invertedly on greased baking pan (looks like stuffed buns). Dab with beaten egg yolk. Bake at 350° until dough is cooked.
