A warm, gooey cinnamon-sugar monkey bread layered with pecans, perfect for sharing at family gatherings or weekend brunch with its rich, sweet flavors.

Ingredients

  • 4 cans biscuits (10 per can)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) bag chopped pecans
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix cinnamon and sugar; put in a bowl.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and dip into the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  3. Layer a few pecans in the bottom of a Bundt pan in a decorative pattern.
  4. Layer the biscuit pieces in the pan, placing a few nuts between each layer.
  5. Melt butter, brown sugar, and water over low heat until combined.
  6. Bring the butter mixture to a boil.
  7. Pour the hot mixture over the layered biscuits in the pan.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan.
  10. Serve warm.
