Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bisquick
  • 2 pounds hamburger, browned and seasoned
  • 12 eggs, scrambled
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 pint pizza sauce
  • 2 cans Cheddar soup

Instructions

  1. Mix Bisquick as for pizza dough.
  2. Spread the dough in a large cake pan or pizza pan.
  3. Bake at 325°F until the crust is done.
  4. Remove from oven and spread pizza sauce over the crust.
  5. Add seasoned browned hamburger, scrambled eggs, and chopped onions on top.
  6. Optionally, add mushrooms and peppers if desired.
  7. Spread undiluted Cheddar soup over the toppings.
  8. Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
