Ingredients

  • 4 oz. spaghetti
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions and drain.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat the egg.
  3. Add sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder to the egg and mix well.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, thawed and drained spinach, and half of the French fried onions to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 2-quart baking dish.
  6. Cover and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, top with the remaining French fried onions, and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.
