Ingredients

  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 6 oz. can frozen orange juice
  • 1 c. ground pecans
  • 1 lb. shredded coconut, divided into 2 portions
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. grated orange peel

Instructions

  1. Combine the powdered sugar, frozen orange juice, ground pecans, 1/2 of the shredded coconut, melted butter, and grated orange peel in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  3. Roll each ball in the remaining shredded coconut to coat.
