Ingredients

  • 2 c. chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Put chopped broccoli, onion, and green pepper in a casserole dish.
  2. Mix Bisquick, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and shredded Cheddar cheese in a bowl.
  3. Pour the batter mixture over the vegetables in the casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes at 400°F, then reduce the temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.
