Ingredients

  • frozen or homemade bread dough
  • pizza sauce
  • pepperoni
  • mushrooms
  • shredded cheese
  • other favorite pizza toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the bread dough and cut into individual portions or rounds.
  3. Spread pizza sauce on each dough piece.
  4. Add pepperoni, mushrooms, cheese, and other toppings as desired.
  5. Place the assembled moonwiches on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
