Ingredients

  • 2 (12 oz.) packages link sausages
  • 8 slices bread
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausages and cut into 1/4-inch pieces.
  2. Cube the bread and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Spread the cooked sausages and grated cheese over the bread.
  4. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add milk; pour the mixture over the bread, sausages, and cheese.
  5. Spread the undiluted cream of mushroom soup evenly over the top.
  6. Bake in a 325°F oven for 1 hour until golden and set.
