Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. hot coffee

Instructions

  1. Cream oil, eggs, and sugar together until well combined.
  2. Add in dry ingredients, milk, and hot coffee, mixing until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
