Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1 15 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz. mostaccioli noodles
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 8 oz. package shredded low moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown the Italian sausage and drain excess fat.
  2. In a 2-quart baking dish, combine the cooked sausage, spaghetti sauce, cooked mostaccioli noodles, and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix well.
  3. Top the mixture with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated and bubbly.
