Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 12 oz. butterscotch chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  3. Pour melted butter into a 13 x 8-inch glass baking dish.
  4. Spread graham cracker crumbs evenly along the bottom of the dish.
  5. Add shredded coconut to form the next layer.
  6. Add chopped walnuts or pecans as the next layer.
  7. Sprinkle semisweet chocolate chips over the layers.
  8. Add butterscotch chips as the next layer.
  9. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the entire mixture.
  10. Bake at 325°F for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Let cookies cool completely.
  12. Cut into squares and serve.
