Tips & Substitutions

To enhance the flavor, consider substituting the sugar with honey or agave syrup for a more natural sweetness. If you prefer a less sweet relish, reduce the sugar to 1/4 cup. You can also add walnuts or pecans for added crunch. For a vegan version, ensure that the gelatin used is plant-based, as traditional gelatin is animal-derived.

Serving Suggestions

This relish mold pairs beautifully with roasted meats or as a festive side dish at holiday gatherings. Serve it alongside Auntie Joe'S Cranberry Salad for a colorful and flavorful spread. For a lighter meal, consider serving it with a fresh green salad or as a topping for crackers.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. The relish can be served cold directly from the fridge. If the texture becomes too firm, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving to soften slightly.
